Much awaited Second Single from Vijay Deverakonda’s Kushi release date out

Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha’s Kushi, a pan-indian romantic drama directed by Shiva Nirvana will be released in theaters on September 1, 2023, worldwide. The first song ’Na Roja Nuvve’ is a chartbuster with around 100 Million views on YouTube and it is getting more popular through reels and shorts.

Now, the team has announced on their social media profiles that the second single from the album will be releasing on Wednesday, July 12th. The song titled Aradhya promo will be unveiled on Monday, July 10th. The makers also unveiled a adorable poster.In the poster, Vijay and Samantha will be seen in romantic pose. The poster alone makes good impact and makes us wait eagerly for the full song. Aradhya appears to be another melodious magic from Hesham Abdul wahab.It Kushi is a love drama with Vijay and Samantha in the lead roles.

Pawan Kalyan’s much-awaited first single from his next film BRO : The Avatar is finally out now, and to put it in one word, it was disappointing. The song of course featured Power star Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej, with music by SS Thaman.

From the start of the song itself, there was something wrong. Thaman’s vocals sounded a bit off and did not really gel in with the beats of the song. Moreover, the lyrical video cut is very bad. The lyrical cut looked basic and was unimpressive.

And even the lyrics and the vocals did not really amp up the energy. And the main reason for this is the beats by Thaman. They sounded pretty generic and were not up to his standard at all.

Another major source of disappointment was Sai Dharam Tej’s dance moves. They did not look particularly impressive. And the biggest disappointment of them all is that Pawan Kalyan is seen so little in the song. Fans expected to see the star actor throughout the song, but he appeared in just a few portions.

Overall, even the fans are not satisfied with the first single of BRO. But, this is just the lyrical video, so let us hope that the full song is better than the lyrical video.

The theatrical rights deal for the upcoming Pan Indian actioner Salaar is going through inconsistent negotiations between the makers and the buyers. It is very well known that the film has great anticipation around it because of the massiest combination of Prabhas and Prashanth Neel. So, it is obvious that the business prices will be higher. However, it appears that the makers of Salaar are overexaggerating the hype and quoting sky-high rates which has left the buyers shocked.

The makers of Salaar are reportedly quoting enormous prices for their which are on par with the films like RRR For the Nizam region, the makers said to have quoted 72 Crores, Andhra 90 Crores ratio and Ceded at 35 Crores. The makers are expecting a whopping 200 Crores business from the Telugu states itself.

Now the buyers are shocked with the high prices and according to the reports, they are now back stepping from the deals. All the prices are quoting on NRA basis, so no buyer is interested or hurried to close the deals at this time.

Needless to say that the film, Salaar is carrying massive hype and will definitely do wonders at the box office, but the makers also should be aware of about distributors and buyers who cannot risk and put exorbitant prices which are almost equal to the films like RRR. Rangabali opening day numbers are disastrous

Hero Naga Shaurya’s latest film, Rangabali has been released yesterday and the film opened to a poor response from the audiences and critics as well. Salaar makers officially announces the trailer release time

Now the makers of Salaar, Hombale Films, have officially confirmed the same. However, the exact date of the trailer launch is yet to be announced. South Indian lady superstar Nayanthara and her husband, Director Vignesh Shivan are now embroiled in court cases because of property issues. A case has been registered against them by their own family members. Vignesh Shivan’s father’s name is Shiva Kozhundhu, a native of Lalkudi village in Trichy district of Tamil Nadu. They are a total of nine brothers. Shiva Kozhundhu passed away a few years ago. When he was alive, he sold the joint property of the brothers.

Vignesh Shivan’s father-in-law Manikyam and Kunchitha Padam are now making allegations about him. Since the joint property was sold without our knowledge, Vignesh’s family is now demanding that the property be returned to them and money to the supposed person who bought the property. In this regard, a police complaint has been registered at the Trichy DGP’s office. In the complaint, they have also sought action against Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara, Shivan’s mother Meena Kumari and daughter Aishwarya as well.

The DGP, who has registered a case, has directed the police to conduct an inquiry. The news has now gone viral in Kollywood media. As far as Nayanthara and Vignesh are concerned, they dated for seven years and got married in 2022. Thereafter, they gave birth to children through surrogacy.
