Preity Zinta acquires a luxurious 17Cr apartment. Bollywood stars create ripples in the Mumbai real estate market with their expensive purchases. Preity Zinta, the actress, just received a property in Bandra, Mumbai. She stunned everyone by purchasing the apartment she and Gene Goodenough had before marriage. The property above on Nargis Dutt Road is 1,474 square feet in size.  This lavish residence is said to have cost the actress Rs. 17.01 crore. According to the property registration papers acquired by IndexTap.com, the stamp duty fees for the property were Rs 85 lakh.

According to the article, Preity Zinta acquired this luxurious apartment on October 23. The upscale Pali Hill condo features 1,474 square feet of carpeted space and two reserved parking places. The actress allegedly paid Rs 85.07 lakh in stamp duty on the property. Preity acquired an apartment in the same building where she had resided before marrying in 2016. After the wedding, she moved to Los Angeles.

According to sources, the flat was on the eleventh floor of the ‘Parishram’ tower in Bandra West. Keystone Realtors Limited sold the flat. Neither the vendor nor Preity have responded to the news. Meanwhile, the fans are delighted to learn that Preity Zinta has acquired a luxurious 17Cr apartment.

Preity stunned her fans and lovers by discreetly marrying Gene in Los Angeles in 2016. Surrogacy was used to bring twins Gia and Jai into the world in 2021. She frequently posts gorgeous images of her children on her social media pages.

Karan said, “I’m not in a relationship. I am single. Looking at this (footage) makes me feel that what I’m losing is not being in one. Not being in one (cries)…. You don’t have a partner of your own to share… like the nothings of your day. And every day I wake up, a little part of me feels that vacuum. I have my kids and mom. But when I see this (wedding footage), and I see you (Deepika and Ranveer) …. I know relationships are tough, but that soul connection with a person with whom you can hold a hand and see your day through tough times… (sobs) I don’t know if I ever had a moment on this show. I feel so happy for you two and yet so alone. I hope it (my life) manifests in a way that I have a story to tell.”

Deepika Padukone also revealed that her connection with Hrithik Roshan is palpable as the two prepare for their forthcoming film Fighter. Fighter, starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, also has Anil Kapoor in a prominent role.

The runtime for Salman Khan’s ‘TIGER 3’ is 2 hours 35 minutes. Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 release is two weeks away, and Bhaijaan fans are very excited. The Maneesh Sharma-directed action thriller is gaining momentum as its latest track, Leke Prabhu Ka Naam, had the audience grove upon its release, and now the runtime details of the film are out.

As per the Bollywood trade analyst’s tweet, Maneesh Sharma’s Tiger 3 has a runtime of approximately 2 hours, 35 minutes, or 155 minutes. The runtime of the upcoming action spy thriller is the third longest in the YRF Spy Universe. The two movies with a longer runtime are War, a collaboration between Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff, and Tiger Zinda Hai, the second installment of the Tiger franchise.

Tiger 3 has a perfect and crisp runtime for an action spectacle. The movie is expected to open with phenomenal numbers with Holiday, with the hype of the YRF Spy series, and Salman Khan’s stardom. Meanwhile, the ticket sales for the film will begin on Sunday, November 5, 2023, precisely one week before its theatrical release on Sunday, November 12, 2023

Tiger 3 is a film directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films. It features Salman Khan as Avinash’ Tiger’ Singh Rathore, Katrina Kaif as Zoya, and Emraan Hashmi as Aatish. The Captaincy contender ship task was the main highlight in the 54th Episode of Bigg Boss Telugu 7. After a series of functions, Priyanka Jain, Pallavi Prashanth, Sandeep, Gautam Krishna, and Shobha Shetty were selected as the final contenders for the captaincy task.

Before that, the 54th episode of Bigg Boss Telugu 7 started with the third task in the ” BB Marathon,” named ” Store it – Pour it.” As usual, four contenders were chosen for the task, and they were instructed to fill the container with the water they collected from the sponge on their helmet through the shower.
