It is widely known that Dum Masala, the first song from Superstar Mahesh Babu’s upcoming action entertainer, Guntur Kaaram, was released recently. It received an exceptional response from the fans and created a record for 24 hours of views. The latest news is that Guntur Kaaram’s second song is set to be released next week. 

Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, the film’s producer, has given information on Guntur Kaaram’s second song. Vamsi is known for producing Aadikeshava, starring Panja Vaisshnav Tej and Sree Leela. During the film’s trailer launch event, Naga Vamsi said Guntur Kaaram’s second song will be released next week. 

A Melody song is expected to be released as the second single of Guntur Kaaram. The first song was a mass one named Dum Masala and received a positive response from audiences.

Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, Guntur Kaaram marks the third collaboration between him and Superstar Mahesh Babu after Athadu and Khaleja. The project is being produced under the Haarika and Hassine Creations banner. The film also stars the latest sensational actress, Sree Leela, and upcoming actress Meenakshi Chaudhary, who will share the screen with Mahesh for the first time. Thaman S is scoring the music for the film.

Tamil actor Mansoor Ali Khan’s derogatory remarks against Trisha Krishnan have been met with strong opposition and condemnation from industry insiders. Trisha herself took to social media and stated she was absolutely appalled by this statement and termed them “sexist, disrespectful, misogynistic, repulsive and in bad taste.”

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj who directed Mansoor Ali Khan in Leo also spoke in the actress’ support so did Karthik Subbaraj and singer Chinmayee Sripada.

It has been 2 days since Trisha has condemned Mansoor Ali Khan’s comments on her. Lokesh Kanagaraj, many actresses, and other industry people have supported Trisha in this matter. But till now no action has been taken from the Kollywood Producers Council or the Movie Artists Association Chinmayi posted about the lack of action from the organisations and questioned their hesitation about it.

Thankfully, the National Commission for Women has taken note of this incident and directed Tamil Nadu police to file an FIR against Mansoor Ali Khan for his comments. The NCW posted on Twitter :

“It is deeply concerned about the derogatory remarks made by actor Mansoor Ali Khan towards actress Trisha Krishnan. We’re taking suo motu in this matter directing the DGP (Director General of Police) to invoke IPC Section 509 B (Sexual harassment by electronic mode) and other relevant laws. Such remarks normalize violence against women and must be condemned.”

It is widely known that Star Actor Suriya and Director Siruthai Siva have collaborated on a big pan-Indian film, ” Kanguva.” The film has good hype, and the makers have already stated they will release it in 10 languages. However, the recent statement from the film’s producer has shocked everyone.

The film’s shooting, Kanguva, is currently in its final stages. Suriya and the unit went to Thailand last month for the climax shoot. The climax action sequence was reportedly shot in the jungle of Thailand. Recently, Bobby Deol joined in the film shooting. He will be seen in a different role in the film, which he has yet to play. The film is currently being shot in Chennai. It looks like scenes are being shot on Suriya, Bobby Deol, and others.

Meanwhile, the makers have already announced that ‘Kangua’ will be released in April next year. The film was reportedly set to be released in 10 languages. But now that number has changed. ‘Kanguva’ will be released in 38 languages worldwide as per the producer’s words. 

Producer Gnanavel Raja announced this in an interview on a Tamil YouTube channel. He said that Kanguva will be released in 38 languages worldwide, a never before release for a Tamil film. The news has now gone viral on social media. The Netizens say Kanguva’s release in 38 languages is a publicity stunt.

Making a film available for 3D and the IMAX version is fine, and the Kanguva unit is seriously working on it, but releasing it in 38 languages is a very tough and almost impossible task. If the makers of Kanguva achieve this, they will create history, as no Indian film has been released in 38 languages. We need to see whether the producer meant he was planning the release in such a colossal range or if it was a publicity stunt. 

It is widely known that Kanguva is planned to be released in the summer of 2024. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music for ‘Kanguva,’ which was co-produced by UV Creations in association with Studio Green and is almost a home production for Suriya. 

Disha Patani plays the female role, while Kovai Sarala, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Redin Kingsley, Bobby Deol, Natarajan Subramaniam, Jagapathi Babu, Anandaraj, Ravi Raghavendra, KS Ravikumar, and BS Avinash play the other vital roles.

Netflix announced Leo’s streaming date. One of the most successful films from Tamil cinema this year, ‘Leo,’ was made by Thalapathy Vijay and director Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film has earned nearly Rs 600 crore Grosd worldwide. Leo’s OTT streaming details have been doing rounds for many days, but the exact streaming date was needed to be confirmed. This morning, Netflix announced Leo’s streaming date.

After a successful run in theaters, ‘Leo’ is ready to be released OTT. On their social media pages, the OTT platform gave notice about the film’s streaming date. It has been reported that the film was sold for a record amount to Netflix.

‘Leo’ is an action thriller directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, and it debuted in theaters on October 19. As said above, the film earned almost Rs 600 crore worldwide.

On November 20, the official X (formerly Twitter) handle of Netflix India South announced the streaming date of ‘Leo.’ They wrote, “The wait is finally over. We have some Bloody Sweet news for you. Naa Ready! Are you? #Leo is coming to Netflix on 24th Nov in India and 28th Nov Globally in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada & Hindi (sic).”

Dhruva Natchathiram had completed the shooting long back but was not released due to financial issues. Recently, the makers stated that everything is cleared, and the film will be released on November 24th. However, the latest reports suggest Dhruva Natchathiram’s release will be postponed again. 

To resolve the financial issues for the film, Gautam Menon required 50Cr+ amount to pay the financiers, so he came up with a plan and announced the release date, unveiled the trailer and expected that the non-theatrical business would fetch 50Cr+ amount and financial issues will be settled. 

Reportedly, he started negotiations for Digital rights with Netflix and satellite rights with Kalaignar TV, and the discussions went positively, so everyone thought the financial issues would be settled. The film will be released on the 24th. Even the Censor formalities were completed.

But now the buzz is that the financial issues for Dhruva Natchathiram still need to be settled, and it looks like the deals for the film still need to be closed, and the negotiations are still happening. There is a high possibility of the film’s release getting postponed again if GVM does not get full money from the non-theatrical business in the next 2-3 days.

Dhruva Natchathiram, made as a spy thriller, also stars Ritu Varma, Simran, Aishwarya Rajesh, Radhika, Jailor Vinayakan, and Arjun Das in pivotal roles. Vikram is playing the role of an Indian spy, and the film was shot in 2016. It was supposed to be released in 2017, but for some reason, it got delayed for years. Vikram’s fans have been waiting for seven years for the film, and finally, their wait will end in another seven days.

Performances: All the lead actors deliver outstanding performances in this series. Kay Kay Menon’s exceptional portrayal as a station master stands out among others. He was wholly immersed in the character, and the way he showed his dedication to saving others is outstanding. Kay Kay Menon was supported well by Mirzapur fame Divyenudu and Babil Khan. Madhavan enters the series midway, and though his character has limited scope, he makes his presence felt.
