Because of his political break, the release of movies during the Covid period, and involvement in multiple continuous remake projects, Pawan Kalyan couldn’t fully showcase his box office potential.
OG: The first 100 Cr Share Film for Pawan Kalyan
Finally, the crazy film OG shows the real stamina of Pawan Kalyan. On the opening day the film opened with 140 Cr+ gross and closer to 90 Cr share worldwide. Today the film will cross Pawan Kalyan’s biggest share film, Bheemla Nayak, and it will also achieve the 1st 100 Cr share film for him.
Also, today is just the second day of the film at the box office, and it will be a good weekend along with the Dasara holiday period next week. The film will target 150 Cr and 200 Cr share benchmarks for Pawan Kalyan.
To break even, it needs to achieve a worldwide share of 180 Cr and maintain a strong performance in theaters for at least 10 days or up to 2 weeks.
