Lokah: Chapter 1 Chandra, the Malayalam film is not at all seeing the downtrend at the box office. The film has already registered a lot of records for the industry. Lokah is all set to rewrite the Kerala BO History.
Released at the end of August as Onam special, the film continues to hold super strong collections, and even on 19th day the film has collected 2.5 Cr gross in Kerala, which takes total gross to 91 Cr.
Trade expected that the film is likely to aim at the 100 Cr club with a good run, but now it is not only for the magic figure, but it also aims to chase Thudarum’s Kerala record, i.e, 119 Cr gross to become all time biggest grosser.
Lokah, the film will join the 100 Cr club in Kerala and at the same time it will beat Empuraan worldwide collections (265 Cr) and will become the new industry hit. After these milestones, the superhero film will chase Thudarum’s Kerala record.
