Analysis: The movie takes off on a simple note, the introduction of the hero’s character and his love for the iPhone looks interesting at the start, but soon it becomes to appear silly. After the Hero’s encounter with police, proceedings should have been more intense, but the director wastes the time with an unnecessary love track which failed miserably. Though he tries to link the love track with the interval twist, the effect was not that great. The student politics insertion was also could have been dealt with more care. The second half also follows the same bland tone, though the situation in which the lead character gets over involved is very riveting, him getting locked in the same kind of incidents becomes repetitive.
However, the best part of the movie is when the reason behind the whole mystery gets revealed. Not only it serve as a good episode for the movie, it also gives the audience an important message about a dangerous financial scam.
Performances: Bellamkonda Ganesh was sincere, though appeared with same expression because of his characterization. Avantika Dassani was fine. Samuthirakani, Sunil, Srikanth Iyengar, Auto Ramprasad, Charandeep, and Pramodhini were apt.
- Intriguing Concept

- Scenes towards climax
- Bland narration for the most of the part
- Unnecessary Subplots
- Ineffective Dialogues
Verdict: Nenu Student Sir movie was made with a noble intention, but the narrative is disappointing. Ganesh Bellamkonda’s Performance and moments towards the end of the film were good. But the rest of the film is neither captivating nor entertaining. Hence, it ends up being a below-average watch.
