Manchu Vishnu’s Ginna is the biggest disaster in Mohan babu’s production

Mohan Babu used to score huge blockbusters and record breaking collections in the past, in his own banner Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures. Hence fans and media refers to him as Collection King Mohan Babu. Times have changed, his lastest movie as producer is breaking new records in losses.

Vishnu Manchu’s latest movie Ginna got released in Diwali week and was a nonstarter at box office. The film was made on huge budget well above the market strength of Vishnu, sources claim that the budget is above 20 crores.

Ginna is supposed to be the biggest budget movie Vishnu ever did. Movie also had two glamorous divas, one is RX100 fame Payal Rajput and the other is Sunny Leone whose name needs no introduction.

Screenplay is written by Kona Venkat, story given by a senior director and camera helmed by veteran Chota K Naidu. Inspite of these big names, movie failed miserably at box office giving yet another disappointment to audiences and Mohan babu’s banner as well.

Movie was released by the production house itself and the collections are insignificant and in some stations they are absolutely nothing. With this kind of reception at box office, Ginna might also not get any help from non theatrical business.

Trends are completely discouraging despite Vishnu stepping back into his safe genre, comedy entertainers. Hope he gives a comeback like Dhee that will compensate the losses and deliver the much needed push to his career.
