Manchu Vishnu’s fantasy drama film ‘Kannappa’ has big plans in terms of promotions. The most recent update from this project is proof of that. According to it, the film’s first promotional content, a teaser, will be unveiled on May 20, 2024, at the iconic ‘Cannes Film Festival’ in France.
This is a massive moment for the project to make waves across the languages of the country. With a screenplay penned by Vishnu himself, the film is directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh. Made on an estimated budget of INR 100 crore, it is the most expensive film in the actor’s career.
Kannappa was in the news a couple of days ago when ‘Rebel Star’ Prabhas joined the sets for a cameo appearance. It is rumoured that the Salaar star will play the role of Lord Shiva, while Nayanthara will play Parvathi. The film’s music is composed by Mani Sharma and Stephen Devassy.
