Sivayya’s dialogue from Manchu Vishnu’s Kannappa became quite popular on social media as it appeared in many memes/trolls according to the situations. However, during the Bhairavam pre-release event, Manoj used that dialogue and took an indirect dig at his brother, Manchu Vishnu.

However, the actor realized his mistake and accepted that what he did was wrong. He said that the film has many stars like Mohanlal, Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, and Kajal. The Potugadu actor felt that the fans of all the actors would have been hurt by his comments.

Manoj stated that he should not involve the film in his speech, as it was the result of the hard work of many people. He said that it was not right at his part to troll the movie because of one person (Manchu Vishnu).
