Lokesh Kanagaraj dismissed all negative rumors about Rajinikanth as he talked about his film with Superstar and the script details of the film. It is widely known that the young director is currently awaiting the release of the action thriller Leo, which is due in 5 days. Also, it is confirmed that he will direct Rajinikanth’s 171St film. So in a recent interview he spoke about rumors Rajinikanth and dismissed them.
Some sections of the media and people spread a rumor that Rajinikanth himself approached Lokesh Kanagaraj before the release of Jailer as he was in bad form and asked Lokesh Kanagaraj for a film, and they also added it will be the last film of Rajinikanth. They also stated that Rajinikanth wanted to quit movies with a blockbuster movie and that is why he approached Lokesh Kanagaraj and set the combo.
But Lokesh Kanagaraj denied all the rumors, and he said he himself had written a story for Rajinikanth and approached the superstar to work for the film. Rajinikanth liked the story narrated by Lokesh and that’s how the combo happened as per the director’s words. He also mentioned it is not the last film of Rajinikanth, and he will continue to do films in the future as well. By stating facts Lokesh put an end to all the negative rumors spread about Rajinikanth on social media and dismissed them.
After the success of Jailer, Rajinikanth is in full energy and his next film started shooting recently. The film consists of a stellar star cast such as Amitabh Bachchan, Daggubati Rana, and Fahadh Faasil and it is being directed by Jai Bheem director TJ Gnanavel Raja. After this film, Rajini will start shooting for Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film. Also, he will appear in a cameo in Lal Salaam which is getting released on Sankranthi.
