Mega Prince Varun Tej’s upcoming film has been officially titled Korean Kanakaraju. Directed by Merlapaka Gandhi and produced by UV Creations and First Frame Entertainment, the film blends horror and comedy with a fresh cross-cultural twist set in India and Korea.
The makers revealed the title through a special glimpse released on Varun Tej’s birthday. The glimpse of Korean Kanakaraju offers fun-chilled thrills and showcases Varun Tej in a rugged, intense new avatar that fans have never seen before. His powerful screen presence and striking look have become the major talking point.
Ritika Naik plays the female lead, while Satya adds a strong comedy touch. On the technical side, Manojh Reddy Katasani’s cinematography and S. Thaman’s energetic background score elevate the visuals and impact.
With strong production values and an engaging concept, Korean Kanakaraju has created solid buzz. The film is set for a theatrical release in Summer 2026.
