In Telugu states, where Suriya commands a massive fan following, the business is expected to be in the range of 25 Cr, Kerala rights have been sold at 10 Cr and all other territories are also selling at very big prices. The non-theatrical business has been done at record prices and south Indian languages digital rights have been acquired by Amazon Prime Video for a solid 80 Cr.

There positive buzz for Kanguva in north market as well and the Hindi rights have been sold for a big very big price. Devi Sri Prasad has composed the music for this fantasy action film and the audio and satellite rights have fetched big amounts. The total business of the film is likely to go in the range of 350 Cr including both theatrical and non-thetaricals.

Directed by Siva, the film also stars Bobby Deol and Disha Patni in their Kollywood debut with Jagapathi Babu, Natarajan Subramaniam and Yogi Babu playing key roles. The big budget fantasy project has been backed by Studio Green and UV Creations.
