Rajinikanth has announced his next film following “Jailer 2,” which will be produced by Kamal Haasan. The superstar appears to be shifting his focus towards content over star directors this time.
Reportedly, Rajinikanth is not seeking star directors or a large budget for his next film, which is being produced by Kamal Haasan. He appears to be aiming for a simple, content-focused film.
Because of this simple approach, Sundar C was initially announced as the director for Thalaivar 173. However, he left the project due to creative differences. Despite this, Rajini is currently in talks with smaller directors and is not pursuing big or star directors.
Now the news is that Rajinikanth is in talks with Maharaja director Nithilan and Parking director Ram Kumar, and there are high chances for one among these two to direct this project.
Kamal Haasan wants to finalise everything in this month and wants to announce the film on Rajinikanth’s birthday along with revealing the director.
