Kalki 2898 AD, recent starrer of Prabhas is all set for release this June 27th. The film’s release has been planned in a big manner and the openings too have started on a strong note. Recently a delegation of Producers met Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister cum Actor, Pawan Kalyan to discuss a hike in ticket prices for Kalki 2898 AD. The hike in Andhra Pradesh > Telangana after the permission granted.
The hike for Kalki 2898 AD in Nizam region and AP for the single screens are the same fixed at 75 rupees more. But in Multiplexes, Nizam has got a 100 rupees hike when compared to 125 rupees for AP Multiplexes. For the last few years, the hike in AP was only granted for 40 and 50 rupees but now we can see a 75 and 125 rupees of hike. With this, the revenue will be bigger from AP than Telangana.
On the other hand, Kalki 2898 AD is expected to open with a record numbers. The film also has chances of touching the 200 crores gross mark worldwide. Only Rajamouli’s directorial Baahubali and RRR made this happen. The film has to gross more than 800 crores worldwide to become a hit.
