Finally, there is major relief for the makers of Jana Nayagan as the Madras High Court has permitted the withdrawal of the film’s writ petition, effectively clearing all legal hurdles for its release. This decision allows the CBFC to move ahead with the Revising Committee process.
If the film successfully clears the Revising Committee, the makers of Jana Nayagan are expected to announce the release date immediately. The team is keen on releasing the film within this month.
Directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Venkat K. Narayana under the KVN Productions banner, Jana Nayagan holds special significance for fans, as the film is expected to be Thalapathy Vijay’s final acting project before he steps fully into politics with his party, Tamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam.
