Jailer 2 is all set for Action. In 2023, Superstar Rajinikanth enthralled everyone with his majestic performance as Muthuvel Pandian in Jailer. Directed by Nelson, the film was huge blockbuster at the box office. The film’s sequel was unofficially announced and the first look/glimpse was set to be released on Rajinikanth’s birthday
However, due to a delay in promo editing, it was pushed to January. The inside reports suggest that Jailer 2 is all set for Action now as the promo is ready. Also, the entire script, cast, and crew are also finalized. Reportedly, Nelson and his team going on a location hunt for the film.
The formal official announcement of Jailr 2 will be done with a glimpse in January and the shoot will start in March 2025, targeting April / May 2026 Release. Meanwhile, Rajinikanth will wrap the Coolie shoot in this gap, which is scheduled for 1st May 2025 release.
