Indian 2 starring Kamal Haasan is a sequel to yesteryear Blockbuster Indian, also released as Bharateeyudu in Telugu. The film was announced and went into shoot after 2.0 directed by Shankar. Indian 2 has been in the shoot process for years and some of the actors, part of the film died during this period unfortunately. The team had to rely on technology to bring them back on screen. The Technology used is surely at its best and amazing.
Vivek, a popular comedian died during the Covid Period. Malayalam Actor, Nedumudi Venu who played the investigating officer in Indian and Tamil Comedian Manobala too succumbed to death for health reasons. Director Shankar pledged to bring them back to life on screen with Technology. They looked very natural with their glimpse shown in the trailer. However it has to be seen if these are technology generated or real ones coz they had acted for some scenes before their death.
The trailer released yesterday received mixed response from the audiences feeling some scenes went out of logic. Siddharth has been given a meaty role in the film as evident in the trailer as well. The film will release in all the Indian Languages on July 12th wolrdwide.
