The Hyderabad High Court has granted bail to iBOMMA Ravi in the piracy website case. However, the court imposed several strict conditions while allowing his release.
As part of the bail conditions, Ravi must cooperate fully with the investigation. He has been directed to appear before the investigating officers whenever required. The court also warned him not to interfere with the investigation or attempt to influence witnesses in any manner.
Additionally, Ravi must regularly report to the concerned police station as instructed. He has been clearly told not to tamper with any evidence or engage in any illegal activities while out on bail.
Police officials stated that although bail has been granted, the investigation into the piracy case is ongoing. They emphasized that any violation of the court’s conditions could lead to cancellation of the bail.
Authorities are continuing their probe into the case and are gathering further evidence related to the operations of the piracy website.
