Story:

The film is set in Kuppam, Chittoor district, AP. The story is about a common man, Subrahmanyam. He quits his job as a lab assistant and starts selling guns to earn money and clear his father’s debts. Along his way, he gets into issues with local rowdies who exploit people in Kuppam. Performances:

Sudheer Babu has excelled in this mass role. His dialogue delivery is far better than his previous films and there’s lot of intensity in his character that he’s carried out well. Sunil is adequate Sudheer Babu’s friend and plays a good supporting role. Malavika Sharma gets limited screen time and does what her role requires. The rest of the cast are also fine and do their job adequately.

Positives:

  • BGM
  • Cinemaphotography
  • Sudheer Babu
  • Action scenes

Negatives:

  • Resemblance to earlier gangster films like KGF
  • Climax
  • Routine screenplay

Verdict:

Overall, the film is a decent watch mainly thanks to Sudheer Babu, technical values, and the action scenes. There is nothing new one can expect but the movie is enjoyable in parts.
