The blockbuster sequel to Dune is set to release in Indian cinemas on March 1st. Set in the fictional world of Arrakis. Part 2 is a continuation of the story of Arrakis and Paul Atreides. Here is a detailed review of Dune Part 2.

Story:

After the emperor and Harkonnens kill his father and men, Paul takes refuge in the deep desert of Fremen. He learns Fremen’s ways and tries to become a part of the fighters. Will Paul succeed in taking revenge against Harkonnens, emperor and will he fulfill the prophecy forms the crux of the story.

Analysis:

The film is truly a masterpiece in creating the world and making us believe it with its amazing visuals. CGI is out of the world and Hans Zimmer killed it with the Background score.

The lead cast is fantastic with Timothy and Zendaya bringing life to Paul and Chani. Austin Butler stood out with his performance as psychotic Feyd-Rautha. Florence Pugh pulled her role effortlessly.

Dennis Villeneuve outdid himself and made this monumental achievement in filmmaking possible. It surely is a contender for one of the best films made in science fiction in the 21st century.
