On its 1st weekday, the film holds 80% of opening day collections in Tamil Nadu, and it is expected to collect around 4.5 Cr in TN today. In Telugu States too, the film holds strong with around 1 Cr gross collection. The best thing is the overseas hold is again good. Box Office: Excellent Hold for Dragon
Overall for 4 days, the movie’s collection will be around 58 Cr. Tomorrow is Maha Shivarathri holiday. The movie is expected to witness a big jump from today’s evening shows and certainly will have a solid day at the box office tomorrow.
The film is expected to collect around 80 Cr in the 1st week and will cross the 100 Cr mark by this weekend itself. Its hold after the 2nd weekend will decide whether Dragon collects in the 150 Cr range. One big advantage of the film is there are no crazy films in Tamil for a few days.
