Tollywood Actor Nithiin’s upcoming film Robinhood was originally scheduled for this Christmas. Trailer and a song from the film were released as well as part of the promotional activities. But the film has faced a postponement now giving rise to a big dilemma over the new release date. This is surely a disappointing news to the fans and audience.
The Makers other production, Pushpa 2 is currently running in the theatres and is still making decent money at the box office. So, releasing one more film in the same month wouldn’t be a good idea for the makers. It may spoil the propsects of Pushpa 2 which is poised to continue till the Sankranthi season next year.
So, chances of Robinhood arriving for Sankranthi are also very less only now left with Republic Day or the Shivarathri seasons. There are few films lined up for these seasons as well indicating a clash. So, we have to see how the makers would deal with Robinhood. Nithiin who thought of giving a strong comeback with the film after back to back disasters must wait in disappointment.
