Devara roars, while Game Changer struggles at the USA Bookings. Definitely, Ram Charan’s Game Changer can not be compared with event films like Pushpa 2 and Kalki 2 in terms of openings/ advance sales, but if we compare factors like budget and director combination, Game Changer is a bigger film than Devara.
Devara opened very hugely in Telugu and had a good impact in Hindi as well. If we compare the USA numbers, Devara opened with a sensational 2.85M premiers, but Game Changer is not getting closer to that number according to the pre-sales. 10 days before its release, Devara’s Pre- Sales for Premiers were at 1.5M while Game Changer has not even crossed 350K which means its presales are just 1/4th of Devara, which is disappointing. Even if we put the comparison with Devara aside, Game Changer should at least open with 1.5M range Premiers for the money involved.
