A Criminal Case has been initiated against Koratala Siva for Srimanthudu. In a shocking turn of events, Director Koratala Siva got involved in legal complications after a case was filed against his film Srimanthudu in the Supreme Court.

Sarath Chandra, a writer, has filed a petition in the Nampally court claiming that Koratala used his story from Swathi magazine to make the film Srimanthudu. The Nampally court subsequently instructed to file criminal charges against Koratala. Koratala approached the Telangana High Court due to this.

Following the examination of Sarath Chandra’s evidence and the Writers Association’s report, the Telangana High Court rendered the same verdict as the Nampally court. A Criminal Case has been initiated against Koratala Siva for Srimanthudu.

Koratala eventually reached out to the Supreme Court to get out of the problem. The magistrate listened to his petition. The bench decided that Koratala should be charged as per the local courts’ directives, after an examination.
