Chhaava starring Vicky Kaushal released amid good hype and expectations on February 14th worldwide. The film had an extraordinary 1st weekend at the box office collecting more than 100 crore Nett in India. In the Overseas market also it has a very good weekend and in Maharashtra, especially, 50% of the revenue was contributed because of the film being the Biopic of Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.
Chhaava has managed to break Pushpa 2 record in Maharashtra as well. Pushpa 2 holds the biggest-ever record on Sunday in Maharashtra until now, which was broken by the Chhaava on its First Sunday surprisingly. The film is also expected to create All Time records in Maharashtra.
Chhaava is also slowly picking up in other areas gaining a good momentum. The film is a huge blockbuster already and will become a trendsetter in the coming days as it deals with historical backdrop which resulted in huge successes in recent times.
