Censor and Runtime details of Vijay’s Leo revealed: The second half has a longer runtime

Thalapathy Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s upcoming crazy film, Leo, is set to enthrall fans in theaters in two weeks. The film is generating sensational advance bookings overseas and has achieved worldwide business worth more than 200 crores. Moreover, the recently released trailer has led to many speculations and discussions regarding the film’s story.

Putting those rumors aside, we have got latest information about the Censor and Runtime of Leo. The movie has been Censored with a U/A Certificate recently, and the total duration of the film is 2 Hours 43 Minutes, and 12 Seconds. The First Half length will be 1 Hour 13 Minutes 9 Seconds while the Second Half’s length is 1 Hour 30 Minutes, and 3 Seconds.

As per the content shown in the trailer of Leo, the episodes of hero’s flashback or background story will be coming in the second half, so it is natural that the second half has a longer runtime than the first half.

The film’s other highlight is the return of Vijay and Trisha’s combo after 15 years. Their last collaboration was in Kuruvi (2008). Vijay and director Lokesh Kanagaraj have collaborated on Leo again after Master. The film further features Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Mysskin, Gautam Vasudev Menon, and Sandy in key roles with Anirudh Ravichander composing the tunes. Lalith Kumar has produced the film, Leo, under the banner of Seven Screen Studio.
