Can Virupaksha create wonders at the Hindi Box Office?

Supreme Hero Sai Dharam Tej’s Virupaksha was released on April 21st and got good responses from audiences and critics as well. The movie was originally scheduled to be released in all major languages, but the team changed the decision at the last minute and decided to release the film in other languages after a week or so seeing the response in Telugu. Now the film is on the way to becoming a massive blockbuster.

The theatricals of the movie have been sold at 25 Crores and the movie had collected over 20 Crores share on the opening weekend itself, and it will achieve the break even mark by today. It has all the chances to collect over 40 Crores share worldwide in Telugu only, and now the makers have decided to release the movie in Hindi.

Even many of the audience felt that Virupaksha is a truly Pan India content after watching the film and now the hero and film’s team have confirmed that the movie is being dubbed into Hindi and will be released on 5th May. Previously, small films like Kantara and Karthikeya 2 have done extremely well at the Hindi Box office. So Virupaksha has definitely a chance to perform very well at the Hindi Box Office.

Produced by BVSN Prasad under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra, Virupaksha was to be released in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, but due to unknown reasons the movie has released only in Telugu. With music by B Ajaneesh Loknath, the cinematography of the film is handled by Shamdat Sainudeen.

The film stars Sai Dharam Tej, Samyuktha Menon in the lead roles, while Rajeev Kanakala, Brahmaji, Ajay and Sunil in the other crucial roles. Written by Sukumar, the film is based on unsolved mystical elements occurring in a village named Rudravanam.
