Kollywood Actor Simbu, fondly called STR, celebrates his birthday today. The Actor has offered a birthday treat to his fans and audiences, announcing three major films that he would be doing. He took to Twitter a while ago, where he announced these films, releasing their first-look posters as well.
He brought on board Director Ramkumar Balakrishna for his STR49, and the first look showed the Actor hiding a knife in a book standing in a back pose. The next film, STR50 will also see him acting as the Producer with a banner launched under the name of Atman Cine Arts. The first-look poster showed a young kid, supposedly the Actor’s young version, holding a fire baton. This film will be directed by Desingh Periyasamy.
The third film, STR51 will be directed by Ashwath Marimuthu, and features the Actors as God of Love as revealed from the poster. The first looks of all these three films have impressed the fans and audiences. They are also going viral on social media platforms now.
Apart from these, Simbu is currently working for Thug Life co-starring Kamal Haasan and directed by Mani Ratnam. Thug Life is tentatively slated for release on June 5th this year. The Actor will have back-to-back releases later with these three films.
