Varun Dhawan’s upcoming film, Baby John directed by Kalees is the remake of Tamil Blockbsuter, Theri. The film also stars Keerthy Suresh making her Bollywood Debut in the lead role alongside Wamiqa Gabbi. Atlee who directed Theri acts as writer and one of the producers of the film. The film was initially announced for 31st May as release but it got postponed. Now, Baby John’s new release date has been announced.
Baby John will be releasing on December 25th this year coinciding with the Christmas festival. This was officially confirmed by Atlee through his X/Twitter Account with a poster. The Poster shows Varun Dhawan bracing himself for a fight with the goons. Atlee even tweeted that the Christmas this year would get even merrier. The glimpse of Baby John was already released this year where Varun Dhawan was seen killing people. This glimpse even crossed 10 Million Views on YouTube.
Baby John stands as a crucial film for Varun Dhawan who is in need of a big blockbuster. His last outing, Bhediya co-starring Kriti Sanon did average at the box office grossing 90 crores worldwide. The Actor would aim even more with Baby John now. South sensation, Thaman is also composing the music for the film. He would also act as the solo composer for the film.
