After the film’s failure, Akhil Akkineni has not yet announced his next film, but he is said to be currently in talks with several projects. The young actor is now said to be in talks to act in blockbuster Virupaksha sequel.
Virupaksha was a sensational blockbuster and a sequel for the film already announced by the director but here in the sequel the director is said to be continuing with another hero. Recently, the director Karthik Dandu met Akhil and narrated a script. This is the buzz in industry and currently everything is in the discussion stages only and nothing has been confirmed.
Sai Dharam Tej and Samyuktha Menon acted in the leas roles in the mystic thriller Virupaksha, which was released in April of this year. The film was SDT’s most successful blockbuster in his career. The technical team’s brilliance and spine-chilling sequences were also impressive to the audience. It will be very interesting to see Akhil in Virupaksha Sequel.
Akhil was supposed to work with debutant Anil Kumar. UV Creations, one of the reputed production houses of Telugu film industry, was supposed to produce this big budgeted film. The film is currently put on hold.
