Akhanda 2 USA pre-bookings opened a few days back, and normally, a film’s pre-sales will define the craze of a film. Based on the current trend, the action drama starring Balakrishna and directed by Boyapati Sreenu has not received a significant positive response.
The much-awaited sequel of Akhanda was expected to start very huge, but the advances are still at $50K for premieres, which is not an encouraging trend, especially for a sequel film.
There is definitely a reason that the trailer has not been released yet, and only one song and two small character intro glimpses have been released. Also, for Boyapati Srinu and Balakrishna, the USA is not the main target audience.

The next promotions have to play a key role for Akhanda 2 so that it can have a jump in the USA pre-bookings, and especially the trailer will play a big role.
The film’s overseas rights sold for a very big price of 15 Cr. In the USA, the film needs a million-dollar start, and still, there is a solid chance for the film to do that if the trailer works well.
The second single of the film will be released tomorrow.
