In June 2021, Yami married Aditya Dhar, a Bollywood filmmaker best known for directing the military action film Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019). In May 2024, the couple was blessed with a baby boy named ‘Vedavid’. The actress herself revealed the news on her Instagram handle, and it soon went viral.
