The recent terrorist attacks in Pahalgam of Jammu and Kashmir, shocked everyone. The Attacks had left 26 people killed and few other wounded. Following this incident, the Government of India made a strong decision to evacuate Pakistani Citizens who are living in India for various purposes. This involves a few people taking medical aid in India who must leave the country. Now, this decision didn’t go well with many people, and one among them is Kollywood Director, T.J. Gnanvel, fame of Jai Bhim and Vettaiyan.

T.J. Gnanavel recently participated in the pre-release event of Tamil film, Tourist Family and said War has become inhumane in today’s times, citing the terror attacks. He also added, saying,” As someone who has studied the Tamil literature, War doesn’t include children, women, animals, and those who are also ill. But, today, there is no security even at a tourist place, and what is more concerning is the decision of the Indian Government to evacuate a Pakistani child who had come for medical treatment in 48 hours.”

T.G. Gnanavel’s words are now going viral, and they have also reflected the plight of people who were dependent on medical aid in the country. There are also calls to exclude these people from this decision. But we have to see how the Government would act on this.
