Mr. Bachchan starring Ravi Teja is scheduled for release this August 15th. The film is an official remake of Bollywood hit, Raid starring Ajay Devgan. Bhagyashri Borse plays the female lead while Harish Shankar acts as the director. Mr. Bachchan’s teaser has also been released recently and met with a good response as well. Now, the team and makers have planned a unique promotion for Mr. Bachchan.
Ravi Teja talked and greeted the people via speakers on Metro trains of Hyderabad Metro. This appeared funny and also unique. He reminded them of the song, Jikki releasing tomorrow on YouTube and also appealed them to watch the film in theatres. This went viral on the internet today as well. The makers are busy in the post production works of the film. The pre-release event will also happen very soon.
Mr. Bachchan will face a stiff competition with Double Ismart, the sequel of Blockbuster, Ismart Shankar. Double Ismart is riding high with buzz and expectations. The film’s business has also been completed and done on a good level. The film is sold for 54 crores theatrically whereas Mr. Bachchan was sold for around 40 crores. We’ll have to see which film takes an upper hand at the box office on August 15th.
