The release date for Tillu Square is not fixed yet to ensure the best output

DJ Tillu released last year went on to become a massive hit and surprised many. The movie was a career-defining hit for Siddhu Jonnalagadda and created massive anticipation for the sequel. The movie came in as a small film and was shot with a nominal budget and created a sensation among the audience. Sidhu’s characterization and performance were the highlights of this film making it a blockbuster.

The sequel to this comedy entertainer Tillu Square has created great anticipation and has created solid buzz in trade circles. The film has been facing constant delays first due to frequent changes in actresses and then due to shooting delays.

Speaking about the movie’s release date producer Naga Vamshi stated that the release date has not been fixed yet.

“Tillu’s characterization has become iconic among movie lovers and youth. We didn’t want to fix the release date and speed up the shoot,” said the producer.

“Tillu Square will complete the shoot at its own pace. And we will announce the date only after the shoot is complete. Giving the best output is our objective!,” he added.

The film was supposed to be released in August and later the makers announced that they would be bringing it to the audience on September 15th. This again changed to October 6th. But as the post-production works have not been completed, the producers recently released a poster apologizing for these delays.

Anupama Parameswaran will be seen opposite Siddhu Jonnalagadda in this film directed by Mallik Ram who earlier directed Adbhutam and Naruda Donaruda.
