Sankranthiki Vasthunam success meet was held today where the Producers of the film Dil Raju and Sirish got emotional. They hailed Sankranthiki Vasthunam saved them in their tougher times and also said that they were able to stand now only because of the film. But the real reason for this emotional speech was caused by the recent debacle of Game Changer.
Game Changer released with a deficit of 100 crores and failed to recover the amount for buyers which became a burden for them. With Sankranthiki Vasthunam profits, they can cover the losses of Game Changer. Sankranthiki Vasthunam was also made on a reasonable budget and profits will be huge recovery for the buyers adding as a big compensation.
However, the producers would still have a loss of around 70-80 crores and without Sankranthiki Vasthunam they would have had a loss of around 150 crores. Failure of Game Changer is really a shock to the makers and Director Shankar also stands a major reason for this.
