The Raja Saab, the horror comedy film starring Prabhas, is all set to be released in theaters worldwide, and the film’s Telugu states business deals are at the final stage, with a chance of changes in the amount in some areas.
Not only Prabhas’s film, but even the other Sankranthi releases are going through some business revisions due to competition. It is widely known that 5 straight Telugu films are releasing for this Sankranti, and one dubbed film, Jana Nayagan.
The Raja Saab needs to achieve a worldwide gross of 200 Cr to break even
Andhra area’s final ratio for Raja Saab is expected to be around 60 Cr, while Ceded is likely to close at 21 Cr. Nizam currently stands at 48 Cr, though this figure may change depending on permissions.
With this, the total Telugu states business of The Raja Saab will settle around 130 Cr, including the GST, and to achieve breakeven, the film needs to collect around 200 Cr gross.
