With Prabhas in the lead, The Raja Saab was expected to open with strong numbers in North India. However, the film is witnessing very poor advance bookings for its Hindi version.

The Hindi advances are extremely low, with only ₹53 lakh gross collected from nearly 3,000 shows across India for tomorrow. At present, the advance booking trend for the Hindi version is disappointing, and the film is heading towards an opening numbers around just ₹3–4 crore nett. This is likely to be the lowest opening for a Prabhas film in the Hindi market after Baahubali.

The Raja Saab Looking at Weak Openings in North India

The film now heavily depends on unanimous positive word of mouth and blockbuster reviews from North Indian audiences to pull crowds into theatres. Movies like Saaho and Adipurush managed strong Hindi box office numbers despite mixed or below-average word of mouth, mainly due to the massive pre-release buzz. Unfortunately, The Raja Saab is struggling to attract audiences even with above-average talk.
