The Paradise overseas opening pre-sales have crossed the 6 Cr mark, and the film is still five days away from its premiere shows even starting.
With more than five days left before premieres begin, the film has already registered around 525K dollars in North America opening day advances alone, with 480K of that coming from premieres itself. The rest of the overseas territories have added around 100K dollars, taking the total overseas opening day pre sales to 625K dollars.
1.2M Pre-Sales Expected
This number is expected to double over the next five days before shows actually start. If that trend holds, The Paradise could touch 1.2 million dollars or more in overseas pre sales before a single premiere show has even played.
Based on the current trend, The Paradise is set for a minimum opening of 20 Cr gross, which comes to over 2.15 million dollars, and this figure can grow further if the word of mouth turns out positive. Nothing like this trend has ever been seen for a Tier 2 star film before.
