Kollywood Director, Atlee rose to fame in Bollywood with his Jawan starring Shah Rukh Khan. The film became a biggest blockbuster grossing more than 1000 crores worldwide also cementing Atlee as a demandful director there. He has also lined up one of his films starring Salman Khan for this reason therefore. But it seems that Tamil people believe Bollywood has targeted Atlee in a way.
Baby John, the latest production of Atlee is releasing for this Christmas and there is an issue regarding the film of about not getting good number of screens. The outright dominance of Pushpa 2 at the box office is also perceived as one of the reasons for this. But Tamil people and Kollywood lovers believe that Bollywood doesn’t want to see Atlee doing big there and intentionally pulling him down.
But this looks like the Distributors are for Pushpa 2 which is still continuing its rampage. They expect the film to put more numbers for the Christams and New Year holiday periods. We need to see how Baby John will be accommodated in this tight scenario of screen sharing.
