Nagarjuna’s Shiva 4K gets a very good opening and exceeds all expectations with its 1st-day box office collections. Released in 1989, the film was remastered with 4K technology and was released in theaters this week.
Everyone, including trade and audiences, expected that the people may not be excited about watching the Shiva movie, because this is a very old film, even though it’s a path-breaking film. Many senior heroes’ pathbreaking films were re-released but failed to perform well.
But Shiva 4K exceeded the expectations and posted superb collections at the box office on its 1st day. The numbers are not limited only to the USA and Hyderabad, and they have come from all the stations, including a few mass stations. The action drama sees much bigger numbers than new releases in many areas.
The makers officially revealed that the movie has collected more than 2.5 Cr gross worldwide on opening day. The film is seeing some good occupancies today as well, and it is expected to post good numbers this weekend, as trade thinks it will not be limited to only opening day.
