Kajal Aggarwal and Shreyas Talpade’s The India Story is already streaming on JioHotstar. Directed by Chetan DK and written and produced by Sagar B. Shinde, the drama-thriller revolves around former Army Major Yogesh Patil, who loses his young daughter to cancer allegedly linked to pesticide contamination. Romanchakam is a youthful Telugu romantic comedy starring Sumanth Prabhas and Ananthika Sanilkumar. Directed by debutant Venu Gopal Reddy, the film follows a young entrepreneur who launches a dating startup, only to find his own love life becoming increasingly complicated. The cast includes Upendra Limaye and Venkatesh Kakumanu, while Sandeep Reddy Vanga presents the film and his brother Pranay Reddy Vanga produces it under Bhadrakali Pictures. Romanchakam arrives on Netflix tonight, October 1, across multiple languages.
Finally, Sardar 2, the sequel to the 2022 blockbuster Sardar, is heading to Prime Video tonight. Directed by P. S. Mithran, the spy-action thriller brings back Karthi in a dual role, alongside S. J. Suryah, Malavika Mohanan, Ashika Ranganath, Rajisha Vijayan and Yogi Babu. The story follows Sardar’s origins in flashback while his son Vijay confronts a new threat in the present. The performances of Karthi and S. J. Suryah have been among the film’s talking points, and the sequel will stream in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
