The Actor recently slammed Bollywood for its depiction of Indian traditions. But he was trolled in return from North Indian Audiences surprisingly.
Rishab Shetty recently won National Award for his performance in Kantara. The Actor as said above in an interview opined that Bollywood didn’t follow proper path in showcasing Indian values and traditions. However, this didn’t go well with the North Indian Audience who trolled him brutally for his depiction of certain vulgar scenes in Kantara. They felt that even Rishab Shetty with his popular film didn’t follow values and showed women in bad light. They uploaded these scenes on social media platforms and trolled him.
It’s better for Rishab Shetty to not involve in these controversies as every Industry has its own limitations and bad making. The reason behind him targeting Bollywood was also not known. He must have been carried away while speaking these. Rishab Shetty must make sure that he is not limited to just Kannada film Industry as he achieved a Pan Indian craze. Bad comments like these would further damage his image throughout the country.
