Rise of a Legend: The English Version
In North America, the English version of Ramayana is releasing as Ramayana: Rise of a Legend, with theatre chains like Regal and Harkins listing it separately as the English version. The original film is listed simply as Ramayana.
The English version has been rated PG-13 in the US, and it is releasing in premium formats and IMAX.
Hollywood-Style Promotion
Free ticket offers like this are usually seen with big Hollywood releases. With Sony Pictures reportedly handling the international rollout, the English version is clearly being pushed to audiences beyond the Indian diaspora, and this Fandango campaign is part of that plan.
