Double iSmart, the official sequel of Puri Jagannadh’s blockbuster, Ismart Shankar is in the making process. The film stars Ram Pothineni in the lead role with Sanjay Dutt playing a pivotal role. The film’s release date has also been announced recently. It will release on the occasion of Independence Day on August 15th this year. Double iSmart seems to be anticipating a fancy offer now.
The team of Double iSmart wants to sell the film and are looking for a fancy rate. They are quoting around 50 crore ratio for the Telugu States. The budget of Double iSmart is very big and that is also the reason for the team quoting big number. Earlier film of Puri Jagannadh, Liger was sold for big numbers but the film became a biggest disaster for both Puri Jagannadh and Vijay Deverakonda. Double iSmart is coming right after Liger. So, it needs to be seen if makers opt for such high number.
Ismart Shankar became a blockbuster but now makers are alert about Puri Jagannadh even though Ram exists. Ram too had a disappointing result with his previous outing, Skanda directed by Boyapati Srinu. So both may scare the makers and let’s see what happens.
