Prabhas’s Project K Producer reveals about the release date and sequel plans

The Baahubali star Prabhas is busy shooting for his upcoming projects – Salaar, Project-K and Maruthi movie. Among all his movies, Project K is the most anticipated movie for not only for the fans of Prabhas but the other audience as well. The movie unit is taking care of every small things in making, which is causing the shooting to take its own time.

The Producer of Project K, Swapna Dutt had an interaction with the media recently as a part of the promotion of her another venture “Anni Manchi Shakunamule”, starring Shobhan Santhosh a Malavika Nair. The film was directed by Nandini Reddy. During the promotions of AMS, Swapna Dutt revealed about the release date and sequel plans for the movie.

Swapna informed that Project K shooting is 70% completed, she also said that the movie is still on track for 2024 Sankranthi release. Though the makers have given an official announcement that Project K will be released on January 12, 2024, recently there were rumors doing rounds that the movie will get postponed. However, Swapna has stated that they are right on track to release the film on the same date and when she was asked about the sequel she said she has no clarity as of now.

Along with Prabhas in the lead role, Deepika Padukone and Bollywood living legend Amitabh Bachchan will appear in pivotal roles in this masterpiece led by director Nag Ashwin. Veteran Producer Ashwini Dutt is producing this ambitious movie with a massive budget.
