Pawan Kalyan has just become the owner of another sprawling plush bungalow in Hyderabad. Located in Jubilee Hills, the 6350 sq.ft. bungalow cost the actor a whopping Rs 12 crores.
According to the reports, a sale deed was registered on September 23rd, and the actor paid a stamp duty of Rs 66 lakh, the transfer duty of Rs 18 lakh, the registration fee of Rs 6 lakh, and mutation charges of Rs 1.2 lakhs. The bungalow is spread across 676 yards and is located in one of the poshest localities of Hyderabad.
Pawan Kalyan also owns a house in Amaravati in AP from where he also holds the Janasena party meetings. He moved to the house back in 2018 with a low-key house warming ceremony.
