Nelson Dilipkumar’s Jailer 2 is breaking records at the box office, and NTR fans have taken notice. They now want their hero to move quickly on his film with Nelson, and the reason is simple. NTR’s films are taking too long to reach theatres.
NTR’s Big Films, Long Waits
NTR is currently busy with Prashanth Neel’s Dragon. It’s a massive-scale film, and there is buzz that it could be made in two parts. The team has not made any official announcement on this yet.
After Dragon, NTR has a film lined up with Trivikram, titled God of War. This is also a huge project, and it will need a long pre-production phase and a lot of shooting time.
Both films are big-scale projects, and both are going to take years. That’s exactly what’s worrying fans.
The Delay Problem
NTR’s films have been taking longer than expected one after another. Big gaps between releases have become a pattern, and fans are tired of waiting years to see their star on screen.
What they want now is a quick, high-energy commercial film in between the big projects.
Why Nelson Is the Perfect Fit
Nelson is the answer fans are pointing to. He has a strong track record of making big commercial entertainers, and Jailer 2’s huge success has made him one of the hottest directors in the country right now.
The good news is that this film is already committed. NTR and Nelson have a film locked under Naga Vamsi’s Sithara Entertainments.
Nelson’s Busy Diary
There’s a catch, though. Nelson is also linked to the big Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan multistarrer. That film, if it happens with him, would be a massive project of its own.
So the big question is which film Nelson will take up first. That decision will decide how soon NTR fans get the film they’re asking for.
NTR Can Balance Both
On NTR’s side, the timing could actually work. Trivikram’s God of War needs a long pre-production phase. While Trivikram prepares, NTR can shoot the Nelson film and then move on to God of War.
If both sides plan it right, fans could get a quick commercial entertainer without delaying the big Trivikram film.
Now everything depends on Nelson’s next move.
