Bollywood’s latest blockbuster, Dhurandhar, starring Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar, has taken the box office by storm, and fans have been asking the makers for a while to release a Telugu-dubbed version, to which they have not responded until now.
The film has already grossed more than ₹825 crore worldwide and is heading toward the ₹1000 crore milestone, making it one of the biggest hits of the year.
Telugu fans have been eagerly requesting a dubbed release, but the makers of Dhurandhar have reportedly decided not to release it in theaters for now. Since a section of Telugu audiences has already watched the Hindi version, the team does not want to rush the dubbing process and risk spoiling the film’s experience. Instead, the South versions will be released directly on OTT platforms by the end of January.
The good news is that the makers are planning a pan-India release for Part 2, which will be available in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil simultaneously, ensuring a wider reach across all major markets.
