Suriya’s big-budgeted pan-Indian film Kanguva is gearing up for a grand theatrical release on November 14th this year. The makers chose this date with an aim to get a solo release across all five languages.
Looking at the current scenario, it is unlikely to happen. Varun Tej’s Matka, another pan-Inidan flick, is also headed for a release on the same date. Devaki Nanda Vasudev, a small-budget film of debutant Ashok Galla, is also arriving in the same time period.
While Kanguva will surely have an edge due to its star cast and huge budget, Matka looks like a tough competitor. The film’s teaser that was unveiled recently has raised expectations for the project big time. Stay tuned for more such exciting updates.
